I’m a resident of Hyderabad and in 2008, I booked a flat in the then newly launched Silver Springs in Quthbullapur which is a project by Modi Builders. We got the possession in 2104, it’s been just three years and the facilities have all deteriorated. The builder has done a bad job when it comes to construction. He charged us a huge amount for the place and gave us a beautiful picture but the end product is not the same. I feel cheated by the builder. The amenities and facilities that he said this project would have were missing since day one. The builder had promised us that there would be 24/7 power supply and back up. This is something he didn’t provide at all. As one of the first few residents to have settled here I can vouch that the power supply has never been stable. There is frequent fluctuations.
